Right, I'm getting pretty pissed off with Windows 10 now, and this issue has been plaguing me for a while.I am am having phantom key presses the right arrow key to be exact which is disabling from using Search, Films and TV, and basically any WINDOWS application within my laptop. This issue does not extend to any non-Windows applications such a Chrome, Opera GX, or any games. The issue will magically disappear if the laptop is rebooted and will come back usually around a day later, or sooner. It's random. I am not dealing with having to reset my laptop every time this happens in other words

    :)

    Booting without press any key

@dhievm go ahead and list the model number that gives exact specs/info.

Does it stop right at the Toshiba logo and sit there? Will it sit forever til you press a key, or will it eventually work after so long?

    Phantom router on network

Phantom devices has been going on since Windows 8.1
Don't worry about them, I get a varying selection of neighbours phones, printers, smart TVs etc. They are not connecting, as you have noted no IP address.

"Also, any suggestions for a program that will scan the network and list all units "attached" to it?"

My Netgear Modem/Router/WAP does just that. Just look in Advanced Tab > Administration > Attached Devices. It lists wired, wireless 2.4G and 5G Devices.
