Windows 10: Phantom Local Disk J: after Feature Update for Win10Home ver.1809 amd 64 2019-03

My 2 USB ports are populated by flash:

USB Drive (K

After 1809, a "Local Disk (J" appeared--it has no physical basis, and never existed on this Dell before.


File Explorer states "This folder is empty".

SYSTEM INFO depicts J: as a "Drives", under "Storage" under "Components"]:
* Local Fixed Disk
* NTFS
* Size: 450.00 MB
* Free Space: 39.46 MB

* No Volume Name, but has a Serial Number


This always triggers "Low Disk Space" noticing to run--but Disk Cleanup for (J says there is 0bytes to free up.


How can I get rid of this "Phantom DIsk"?

Mystery Local Disk J:

Recently, in my Devices and drives list, a new phantom drive has appeared. It calls itself (J It is a local disk with file system NTFS. It has 449 MB of space and uses 414 MB. When I click on it, I am told that it is empty. What is it? Where did it
come from? Is it malware? Do I need to get rid of it, and if so how?

 

Trying to update to feature update 1809 2019-03 but get error code of 0x80070002

Trying to update to “Feature update Windows 10 Version 1809 amd64 2019-03” but keep getting error code of “0x80070002” is there a fix any one else is having this issue? Should I just wait for the next update? Can’t open or use anything on my pc.

I rolled back to an earlier version of Windows and am now on build 17134

I could not find the link state power management

I did cleanup disk

I did not update any drivers

I reset the Winsock catalogue

I did not increase VM

I did not uninstall Acronis

The Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809 amd64 2019-03 seems to be installed

PC is now behaving itself

Should I be on a newer version of Windows?
