Windows 10: Phantom Sign Ons

I have 4 accounts set up on my laptop. One of those accounts I have set up to use fingerprint identification to sign on.


Every morning I switch the laptop on and boot it up. I use my fingerprint to sign on to my account. Once signed in I click on the Windows flag on the bottom left hand corner of the screen. This displays, amongst other things, my account. I click on my account and it displays the other accounts on the laptop. One of those accounts also shows it is signed in. How and why should this be? This other account requires a password to sign in.

Phantom Dust cannot sign in

Hi,

There are several factors that may have caused the issue in signing in to Phantom Dust. It is possible that you are unable to sign in to the game itself.

To properly isolate your concern, please provide us the following information:

• Are you launching the game through Xbox app?
• Are you signed in to your account on the Xbox app?
• Based on the image that you provided, what happens when you click the Yes button?

 

N95:8GB Phantom Access Point

Hi Folks

After I upgraded my Nokia N95 8GB to the latest firmware it has inherited a new 'access point' - this is listed when I want to choose which method of connection when Im checking email but yet when I go into the settings menu to try and delete it - the phantom
access point is not there; all the other ones are there but its missing.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I might remove this phantom access point from the selection list when I attempt to connect

Thanks so much for answering me.

I printed out your instructions so that I could be sure to follow them to the letter. The steps actually made my problem worse.

Before the steps when I turned my computer on there would be a scenic pic with just my first name & no user pic. I don't know why this user is there and manage accounts only shows me.

So today, following your steps.

When I got to sign in options, I did not have an option that said sign in with a local account. So I entered my old password and tried just a blank box for new password. That did not work and so I tried my old password again but then was prompted to change
my password so I did. I did type in netplwiz and the phantom user was not listed there so I shut down my computer, waited, started up again to find the same scenic pic with just my first name. I have to click on that to bring up two users in the lower left
hand corner of my screen. One is the phantom and the other is me. So I logged on with my new password, and now I have to log in everywhere, One Drive, (never used), , Windows, Email so somewhere I did something wrong and hope that this reply is not too poorly
worded to make any sense to you.
