Windows 10: PHANTOM TOOLBAR

I am trying to identify this toolbar that pops up randomly center top screen. It is affecting my typing because it randomly appears and activates the SHIFT key creating much havoc with my system. I can't pin down the date it began happening but it may be related to the KB5055627 of April 28 which appears to me when it started showing up. I have scoured the Accessibility features which most if not all are off. As I mentioned, it only appears for a few seconds so I can't try the power button showing to turn it off or it may be a reboot button???. I have also rolled back the KB5055627 to no aff

IE11 Google Toolbar no auto search suggestions, no search history?

Since the last Win 10 update my Google Toolbar won't list any search suggestions as I type and there is no search history listed. The Google tool bar will allow a search, but after a few searches no search history shows and no "clear search" button is listed either.

I have turnd on "Suggest searches as you type", and "store search histroy on my computer" in the Google Toolbar options.

Any suggestions to fix this?

 

Phantom router on network

Phantom devices has been going on since Windows 8.1
Don't worry about them, I get a varying selection of neighbours phones, printers, smart TVs etc. They are not connecting, as you have noted no IP address.

My Netgear Modem/Router/WAP does just that. Just look in Advanced Tab > Administration > Attached Devices. It lists wired, wireless 2.4G and 5G Devices.

 

N95:8GB Phantom Access Point

Hi Folks

After I upgraded my Nokia N95 8GB to the latest firmware it has inherited a new 'access point' - this is listed when I want to choose which method of connection when Im checking email but yet when I go into the settings menu to try and delete it - the phantom
access point is not there; all the other ones are there but its missing.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I might remove this phantom access point from the selection list when I attempt to connect
