    Philips Brilliance 346P makes sound settings unusable / Teams doesn't see sound / mic / cam


    We've bought several hundred Philips Brilliance 346P screens, these have a mic, webcam and docking station built in.Lately several users have complained that their Microsoft Teams is either stuck and has to be closed down via Task Manager and/or Teams doesn't see the mic/camera/sound of this display.When I try to look into this problem via sound settings, this will also be stuck at "not responding".I've tried updating the BIOS, trying different screens, different USB-C ports on the laptop itself, try updating drivers but nothing seems to help.We have different types of laptops and even differe

    Good surround sound headset

    I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue Philips Brilliance 346P makes sound settings unusable / Teams doesn't see sound / mic / cam :p

    Mic sounds like I'm far away on Teams

    I have a user that is having issues when speaking through his internal mic on a windows 10 machine only on Teams. I have gone to device manager and looked to see if there were any recent updates and there wasn't and I also tried to roll back his driver but
    nothing available. I went to HP and ran their image assistance but his machine only had one or two driver updates but none were from audio.

    I called HP support and they took me through all the same steps and then we tried a zoom meeting and he sounded just fine and then we also tried a go to meeting and he sounded fine.

    We decided to uninstall teams and reinstall it and it seemed to work, but then once he made another call it went right back to the muffled far away sound. But still sounded just fine in zoom. Has anyone else ran into this issue?

    Hello, my mic's making a buzzing sound I think it started earlier this day, as shown in the image it always show 1 green bar it doesn't go. What could be the problem?
