Windows 10: Phone as webcam could lead to Roblox freeze in reset!

As you guys knows, Microsoft has released their own new feature, use phone as webcam. Sound great, right? It could be make some problem on Roblox.a few months ago, I noticed Roblox was opening slowly. And when player reset, the Roblox will be freeze for some second.it quite annoying so Roblox player, sadly not much player notice this problem.I was wondering why Roblox could be freeze until I search Reddit and found out the problem.The mobile as webcam lead to Roblox will be freeze.I'm not sure is that Microsoft or Roblox is already noticed the problem. But I hope can be fixed as soon possible.

3. Disable Fullscreen optimizations: Fullscreen optimizations can sometimes cause games to freeze. To disable Fullscreen optimizations for Roblox, follow these steps:

• Right-click on the Roblox shortcut on your desktop.
  
• Select “Properties”.
  
• Click on the “Compatibility” tab.
  
• Check the box next to “Disable Fullscreen optimizations”.
  
• Click “Apply” and then “OK”.

Supported phones for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Mobile

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.
