    i received a phone call this morning from a company claiming to be a software monitoring company. they told me that i am experiencing problems with my pc. i asked them if they were subcontracted by microsoft or dell canada and they said no. they are an independant software programming company. the phone number for a call back to them they gave me is 905 581 2090. i never called them back but decided to contact you and dell canada to report this. by the way i am having a problem with windows 10, at least once a week i get a blue screen it says stop code: critical process ended. it does a check then restarts the pc. this is happening at least once a week now

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

    When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
