Windows 10: Phone link all screwed up in multiple ways

I recently built a new computer running Windows 11. I try to link my new phone Android 15 on a Samsung S25 Ultra to the Phone Link app on my computer, but it never leaves the attached screen clicking "Continue" does nothing, the page never refreshes. I try to connect my phone to my computer via the Bluetooth & Device manager in Settings on my computer, and the phone is listed but not connected no amount of telling both the phone and computer to connect via Bluetooth while both are discoverable seems to actually get them to connect. Going into the Link to Windows app on my phone also

Is there really no way to select multiple photos in Phone Link?

It can't really be possible that there is no way to copy multiple photos at once in Phone Link can it? Other than viewing the photos, copying multiple photos is the most basic function there is.

 

Can't "Link to Wndows"

Thanks so much. I will certainly follow your tutorial in the future. I think resetting did the trick, and I was also able to set a pin code. Question. I am confused about one ongoing step: "Go to www.aka.ms/addComputer" in your browser." A search for this, and other similar url's suggested in the Phone LInk setup always ends up the same way, with a trip to nowhere.

Clicking in those types of links end up in a blank tab

 

Stop Windows 10 from asking to link phone to computer

Besides Group Policy, what other ways have you tried ?
Do you utilize Shared experiences, Share across devices ?

Unlink your phone from your PC running Windows 10, use these steps:

• Open Settings.
• Click on Phone.
• Click the Unlink this PC option. Unlink your phone from computer.
• Click the Home button.
• Click on Devices.
• Click on Bluetooth & other devices.
• Select your phone.
• Click the Remove device button.
