Windows 10: Phone Link app and headphone

The phone link app can connect to my Pixel phone pretty well, but when I make a call through the app, the headset does not kick in. I have a Bluetooth headset connected to my computer. The computer sees it as both an input and an output sound device. But when the call is ringing, it only makes sound on my phone, even though it shows the computer is the Bluetooth device it is connected to.I have tried a dozen different variations, and nothing works. Switching Bluetooth devices on my phone doesn't always work, as my phone will switch back to something else, like the computer or my watch, or

bluetooth headphones

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

 

Listen to Android phone's music from desktop headphone

How to listen to [Android phone's music] from [a headphone that is connected to a Windows 10 desktop] without internet connection?
I have an Android phone (Pixel 3a) with YouTube Music installed on it.

When I don't have internet connection, I want to be able to wear my headphone, which is connected to my desktop (Windows 10) and listen to both my desktop's audio (for example, game sound) and the music playing on my phone (for example, music that is available only on the phone's YouTube Music offline downloaded folder).

How can I achieve this?

Note:

• I searched on the internet and it seems like Windows 10 doesn't have bluetooth support by default that support audio streaming from phone to PC. People seems to be able to install a different bluetooth driver and get it to work, but I can't get it to work. (if you can get it to work please list the exact step)
