Windows 10: Phone Link App separates sent and received text messages into two different conversations.

I am also unable to see my replies on my phone in the Textra app. When looking in my phone's default messaging app, there are also two different conversations similar to what is happening in the Phone Link App on my computer. Phone:OnePlus 6T running Android 11 OxygenOS 11.1.2.2Desktop Phone Link App:Version 1.22092.211.0

Text messages in "conversation" format

Feature request:

I love the fact that I can have my text messages backed up with the My Phone service, but it would be much easier if I was able to display the texts online in the same "conversation" format that I am able to use on my phone. Having all of my sent texts separate
from my received texts makes it difficult to remember the context of the exchange.

 

MS app for 10, Your Phone not copying clickable links in messages,

appears in the sent messages as only text.

See when you select to copy text in a browser, if there is a hyperlink, it will preserve it when pasted in another browser tab text box.

But with the Your Phone 10 app from MS, it is text only. Is there a setting for that, cause otherwise the phone app is not very useful to me. I just sent a forum message with a clickable link to a friend's phone, but comes out as text only. So then had to use the phone to share the link. So not useful if have to double the work, might as well just use the phone and not bother with windows linked to the phone.

 

cant find 'sent' folder in text messages?

Are you referring to the default text messing in Windows Phone?

Is it Windows 10 Phone?

If yes, then usually there is no separate folder for the Sent message item that you can find in windows phone. When you text or reply to a text message, then those appear as conversation under that particular contact number. (I.e. like chat messages)

Say for example, when I have texted to a person called John, then I can find complete sent or received message conversation with John by clicking on that particular contact under messaging. It usually appear in chat conversion format.
