Windows 10: Phone Link app stopped converting .HEIC screenshots to .jpeg, Samsung Fold 6

I never had an issue with the Phone Link app not showing me screenshots in Samsung Messages within the app. My business partner always send me court transcript pages as a screenshot from her iPhone to my Samsung Fold 6 and when I view those screenshots via the Phone Link app while on my PC, those pages always converted to jpg so I could print them. Well, Samsung just did some major update the 1UI7 over the weekend and since then, whatever screenshots are sent to me from an iPhone now remain in .HEIC format with no conversion and I have a message, "format not supported. I found out about the problem when I ran games on the phone using Phone Link. Assuming that the PC is connected to the phone with Phone link On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Not available

However, on the PC if you run Bluetooth Audio Receiver and open a connection to the phone then On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Enabled
