Windows 10: Phone link app will not load, won't open

Windows 10 pcIt used to work, but for over six months now I haven't been able to use it. I see a splash screen for a few seconds, then the splash screen disappears. I do get a button in the systray areaClicking on it displays this

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.

Phone Link App does not open/start

I have already tried these steps, and just tried again now.

I additionally tried to run Repair as well as Reset, but the App still does not run.

I had seen the post from the link you sent here, but found this not very useful, as some of the instructions suggested do not seem to exist on my Windows edition, and also require the App to open to get to the suggestions listed, which I am unable to do.

Just to clarify, I am running Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2.
