Windows 10: Phone Link app won't generate a code nor Pin

Discus and support Phone Link app won't generate a code nor Pin in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have tried updating, repairing, resetting.     Phone Link app won't generate a code nor Pin


    I have tried updating, repairing, resetting. I have done the power shell unistall- reinstall-restart. I have tried both with wifiAlso wired over 100gb and even bluetooth. It just disables the blue tooth connection anyway when you start phone link app. The loading circle. QR nor Pin ever show up. I have searched random forums seems like a lot of people have this problem but give up and just go to cable. I would like to connect wirelessly if possible What else can I try?

    Your Phone App Won't Generate QR code or PIN

    When I try to link my Pixel 4 to my Windows 10 PC, the Your Phone app won't generate a PIN or QR code. The error message is "It's not you, it's us. We're experiencing service issues, so please try again later."

    I have been getting this message for several days now.
