    Phone link audio super low....until after I switch microphones for every call.


    I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 9 and Microsoft Phone Link fully connected. I can view my Galaxy S22 screen, dismiss notifications, send text messages, and place calls. Trouble is, when I call someone my microphone on my Logitech webcam is so incredibly low they can't hear me. I can hear them just fine. No app updates on the phone,No app updates on the Surface,No driver updates,Removed the device and added it again,I've read just about every post on audio issues for Phone link.     Audio suddenly super low.  

    Also check volume mixer. Sometimes app volume is a per app setting.

    Also after watching the linked video if you applied the settings then you should check to see if your enhancements re-appear.

    • Have you tried to check the issue by connecting with another microphone device on the computer?
    • Are you getting any error message on the computer when you use the Microphone?

    Audio suddenly super low.

    Just today I started to notice my audio is seriously low. While I was playing a game I could hear gunfire super loud, but the rest of the game really low. Now when I watch a video on my SSD it's almost inaudible. I usually have my volume set to 50, but now I can't even watch online video the volume is so low even at max on the website. I've tried everything and nothing is fixing it, but I noticed this when I went poking around. Even at 100% my audio can be really low. Driver Management has concluded the process to add Service IntcAzAudAddService for Device Instance ID HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0294&SUBSYS_104315BE&REV_1000\4&11BE7352&0&0001 with the following status: 0.
