Windows 10: Phone Link does not make calls. How can I fix this?

I have a BARROT Bluetooth Adapter. Windows Phone Link does not do calls, saying I need Bluetooth on my PC. Under device manager there is a Question mark under Bluetooth Peripheral Device and SMS/MMS. here are no drivers installed. The device IDs are BTHENUM\{00000000-deca-fade-deca-deafdecacaff}_VID&0001009e_PID&4039 and BTHENUM\{00000000-deca-fade-deca-deafdecacaff}_LOCALMFG&08e7

I found out about the problem when I ran games on the phone using Phone Link. Assuming that the PC is connected to the phone with Phone link On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Not available

However, on the PC if you run Bluetooth Audio Receiver and open a connection to the phone then On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Enabled

 

Old call will not delete out of Phone Link on my pc

phone link not working. Keeps cutting out on phone calls.

I tried the first thing you suggested but when I look at the list of installed apps, phone link was not listed. So I skipped that and went straight to the second thing you suggested and that worked. Thank you so much. Is it a problem that the phone link at is not appearing in my installed apps? I really appreciate you taking the time to help me.
