Windows 10: Phone Link does not open on Windows 11

Discus and support Phone Link does not open on Windows 11 in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; So I just installed Windows 11 Pro Spanish on a brand new PC and the Phone Link app does not work.     Phone Link does not open on Windows 11


    So I just installed Windows 11 Pro Spanish on a brand new PC and the Phone Link app does not work. I enabled it on Bluetooth & devices, I clicked open and nothing happened.I have followed some tutorials that suggested to uninstall it via Powershell Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.YourPhone -AllUsers Remove-AppxPackage and then install it again via the Microsoft Store but with no luck. I also executed DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and rebooted with no result.I don't get any error messages or anything, it just does not do anything when I click to open the app.
