Windows 10: phone link has dual contacts text out text in

Morning, and future thanks yes I understand you are a volunteer who helps Ok thanks heaps for that.I have a new issue in the last 2 weeks with the phone link app.My wife's number and my number are linked and I can't unlink them in Phone Link App.The mobiles don't have a texting problem.There are zero dual contacts on the mobiles.I have unlinked, uninstalled and deleted contacts on all devices. - Several times.The phone link app keeps past "Linked Computers" for some reason and there is zero way to delete them. Not sure if this is the cause?Anyway, if I send a text out on the android phone to

How to send an email that a phone receives as a text?

At my office, we want to have the ability to communicate with our electricians who are fairly low tech people. They don't check emails often, but text messaging would work fine for our need. I know with Verizon and Sprint you can using the text messaging app on the phone to text an email, and then if you reply to say L: 9995724770@VTEXT.COM that email will go to the phone as a text message.

Short of having all the electricians text an email to get these addresses, is there an easier way to go about this? I've never really dealt with mass texting before. Is say a Droid phone capable of sending a text to 40 people?
