Windows 10: phone link is not shown in app list poped up for file sharing

when i wanted to share a photo between my mobile and PC and opened the file and right clicked on it and selected the share option and then i got a pop up for the multiple share options and i selected apps where i did not find phone link there. But Seamlessly transfer content between your devices - Microsoft Support here in this link they said for a pc of windows 11 and phone link of version 1.24032.156.0 or later and android mobile with android 9.0 or later and link to windows of version 1.24032.518.0 or later are able to see it and can share seamless. EMUI

Here's the steps to update EMUI 4.1.1 to 5.0 :

• Download the EMUI 5.0(desired version) .zip file, and unzip it.
• Place the .hwt file in the HWThemes folder from your phone.
• Using the Themes app, apply the new theme.
• Restart the phone, in order to see all the new changes.
