Windows 10: Phone Link/ Link to Windows not working on Galaxy S25 Ultra

I upgraded from an S22 to an S25 ultra. Phone link used to work on my new phone, but was simply not able to use cross device copy paste like I used to be able to on my old phone. Also, there were many periods where my laptop was not open for sharing files and would not show up on my phone. Only sometimes would closing the application fix this. Now, phone link has not functioned for several whole days. I am on the most recent version of the application. The new phone and laptop can also not connect on bluetooth, and never have been able to, despite restarting and re-pairing several times. My bl

Phone Link vs Samsung Flow vs Samsung Dex?

I've only ever used Phone Link with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Phone Link could be better, but it's getting plenty of updates lately, so maybe they're working hard to improve it. What's the difference between Samsung Flow and Samsung Dex?

Have you tried to run an app on your phone from Phone Link? When I do then the audio comes out of the phone instead of the PC speakers. To get the audio to come out of the PC speakers I had to use the Bluetooth Audio Receiver app from the Microsoft Store.

 

Pairing Phone Link to Galaxy S10

Thanks for your response. Yes, both the Galaxy S10 mobile phone and my Surface Laptop are operating on the same WiFi network.

I believe I'm running the latest version of the Phone Link and Windows Insider editions. Here's what I have:
