Windows 10: Phone Link Makes My Samsung S23 Unresponsive

I'm noticing an issue when using my PC Windows 11. If I open an app on my phone, I sometimes get a Phone Link notification on my PC saying I need to unlock my phone to access the function. However, when I go to unlock my phone, the unlock screen is completely unresponsive. I can't unlock the phone — the screen seems disabled or frozen. The only way to fix it is by doing a hard restart holding the power and volume down buttons for a few seconds.Any advice would be appreciated. This clearly seems like a bug — I’ve seen others mention similar problems. Please look into this.Thanks and regards

Phone Link vs Samsung Flow vs Samsung Dex?

I've only ever used Phone Link with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Phone Link could be better, but it's getting plenty of updates lately, so maybe they're working hard to improve it. What's the difference between Samsung Flow and Samsung Dex?

Phone Link keeps disconnecting my Samsung S23 Plus

On every Windows 11 start, the Phone Link app has forgotten that it is paired with my Samsung S23 Plus. In the phone's settings my Surface Pro 9 is showing as “disconnected”, and there seems to be no way to reactivate the connnection other than setting up a new connection by scanning the QR code.

If I cannot find a solution for this, I will have to uninstall the app.
