Windows 10: Phone Link Microsoft app stop working nothing happen when I run the application

Hi,My boss uses a Microsoft Surface Pro 8 under Windows 10 21H2 with a Samsung S22.I have installed Phone Link Microsoft Apps from Windows Store, he can use all features normally for a while and for some unknown reason the application refuses to launch no errors displayed, no warning from the antivirus.Restarting the Surface or unloading the application from Windows Applications Settings does not work. I have to uninstall the application completely, reinstall it and reconfigure it.Phone link and Samsung S22 are up to date. The only reason that explain this for me is the usage in bluetooth wi

Your Phone app not working

The "Your Phone" app is working perfectly for me.

@Ztruker, if you're trying to re-link the phone after doing a clean install, view your Microsoft Account online; under Devices click on Manage; if your phone is listed click Show details; click the More actions link (next to the device icon) and click Unlink this phone. Now start the Your Phone process again and see what happens.

Had to do this to get my phone linked again. And yes, the link process can be dodgy at times.

Your Phone application on W10 stopped working

I own:

• An Alienware 17R4 running Windows 10 Pro version 1909.
• A Mi Note 10 smartphone running Android 9.

I had successfully installed the Your Phone application and was able to read/send SMS from my PC and see the most recent 25 photos taken with my phone. This however stopped working as of yesterday morning: the PC application couldn't sync with the phone
anymore. To the best of my knowledge, I haven't changed any configuration on either device.

I restarted both devices; I went through all the "help" links provided by both applications; I uninstalled and reinstalled both applications - to no avail.

Any suggestions, please?
