Windows 10: Phone Link not requesting Delivery Reports for Text messages

Hi - I am using Phone Link app with my Samsung S9 Link to Windows. I can send and receive Text messages OK but I do not send a request for Delivery receipt when using the PC. When sending from the phone, delivery reports are turned on but they are not requested when using Phone Link. How do I get Phone Link to request delivery reports the same as the phone does?

If you are with O2 UK then the answer is no. They don't support traditional delivery reports.

But when typing a new text message if you put *0# at the start of a message you will get a text based report back from O2.

Don't forget to disable delivery reports or you will end up with a lot of "pendings" in your phone.

To turn off delivery reports go through these steps:

Menu> Messaging> Message Settings> Text messages> Delivery Reports> Set to NO

Delivery reports on N95

Is there an issue with text message delivery reports on the N95? I enabled the option to get delivery reports and have sent a few texts since getting it a few days ago but despite the messages getting through the delivery reports ALL say "Pending". I even
tried sending myself a text to a phone sitting next to me and despite it arriving within a few seconds the report still listed it as "Pending" after a few minutes. I'm on an O2 N95 if it matters any with v11 firmware (latest available on O2).
