Windows 10: Phone Link not working anymore and impossible to reset!

Windows 11 Pro 24H2 Build 26100.3775 Until some weeks ago, the Phone Link app, linked to my Vivo X80 Pro, worked fine for years.My phone received an update some days ago Current version is Android 15 and I can guess that this broke something because now the phone is always shown as Offline, but to be honest I wasnt using the phone link app from about a month, so I dont know if the update was the issue.First thing I tried was to delete the linked phone and add it again but, for some reason, seems that Microsoft give us no way to do this. Can't "Link to Wndows"

Thanks so much. I will certainly follow your tutorial in the future. I think resetting did the trick, and I was also able to set a pin code. Question. I am confused about one ongoing step: "Go to www.aka.ms/addComputer" in your browser." A search for this, and other similar url's suggested in the Phone LInk setup always ends up the same way, with a trip to nowhere.

Clicking in those types of links end up in a blank tab

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
