Windows 10: Phone Link query

Discus and support Phone Link query in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I've been using Phone Link for a while now, but it 'updated' itself recently, and now I can't get it to start full-screen!     I've been using Phone Link for a while now, but it 'updated' itself recently, and now I can't get it to start full-screen! It starts off in the middle of the screen, at around half sizeish!I can hit the doodahs in the corner which will shrink/enlarge, quit, and 'hide' it, but it won't open full screen!Is there any way I can get it to do this please?Thank you!

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

    When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
