Following recent updates Samsung Galaxy and Windows 11 Phone Link connection between Samsung S21 Ultra and Surface Pro 8 no longer working correctly. Tried complete reset of apps and connection both Phone and Surface Pro.New connection sequence partially works but fails to fully complete setup to allow calls to be made/received on Surface Pro. Phone Link app can be used to view messages and interact with phone screen but calls/audio setup will not work.Connection between phone and Surface Pro appears to be in two parts/stages. Samsung S21 Ultra Unable to Connect to Surface Pro Windows 11

I did have a working configuration that allowed my S21 Ultra to connect to my Surface Pro Windows 11 using 'Link to Windows' but recently it stopped working. I've tried resetting the App and making the connection again but it isn't possible to make a Bluetooth connection. Bluetooth reports 'Driver Error'. Would welcome suggestions about how to fix this problem. Thank you.

Here are a few things you can try to fix the issue of your Samsung S21 Ultra not connecting to your Surface Pro Windows 11 using Link to Windows:

Make sure both devices are up to date with the latest software updates. Check for updates on both your phone and your Surface Pro.

Restart both devices and try again.

Check if the Link to Windows app is enabled on your phone. To do this, go to Settings > Advanced Features > Link to Windows. Make sure the feature is turned on.

Try resetting the Link to Windows app on your phone. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Link to Windows > Storage > Clear data.

Unpair and pair your phone and Surface Pro again. To do this, go to Settings > Bluetooth on both devices, and forget the paired devices. Then, try pairing them again.

I am running Windows 10 and I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 and have been using the Phone Link app for a while. Suddenly, in the last week or so my contact information is not appearing with incoming texts, only phone numbers. What happened and what can I do about it. Thank you in advance.
