Windows 10: Phone Link Stopped Opening

After upgrading to a new phone last week Samsung s25 Ultra Phone Link started getting buggy. It would not synch notifications. In an effort to fix this I uninstalled then reinstalled Phone Link from the Microsoft app store. Now Phone Link will not open at all. It just flashes for a second then does nothing. I have tried repair/reset etc etc. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Stop Windows 10 from asking to link phone to computer

Besides Group Policy, what other ways have you tried ?
Do you utilize Shared experiences, Share across devices ?

Unlink your phone from your PC running Windows 10, use these steps:

• Open Settings.
• Click on Phone.
• Click the Unlink this PC option. Unlink your phone from computer.
• Click the Home button.
• Click on Devices.
• Click on Bluetooth & other devices.
• Select your phone.
• Click the Remove device button.

 

Phone Link app won't open

I purchased a new Dell desktop with Windows 11 Home. I pinned the Phone Link icon to the taskbar during setup. It opened a few times but it stopped opening and didn't open a window saying a problem exists and how to fix it. It just stopped opening. In response, I uninstalled and reinstalled the Phone Link app. After reinstalling, it opened a few times but stopped and didn't open a window saying a problem exists and how to fix it. It just won't open. Any suggestions?

 

Can't open Outlook links in Edge
