Windows 10: Phone Link stopped working, tried to remove/reinstall Link to Winddows can't get past...

Pixel 7 Pro Android 14. A few days ago Phone Link stopped working. My PC said it was linked to my phone via Bluetooth and my phone said it was link to my PC via Bluetooth. I tried re-connecting via QR code and the QR code was not recognized. Eventually I decided to uninstall Phone Link from the PC and Link to Windows on the phone. Link to Windows asks for permissions, which I grant, then stays at a screen "Finish setting up We need permissions to view photos and send texts from your PC. View permissions". I have tried granting those permissions and nothing changes.Thanks

Phone link quit working and I needed to reinstall. I was finally was able to by clicking the rate the app link that wasn't opening but that took me to the store where I could install it again. Before when I looked in Microsoft store could not find it listed. What is it listed as in the store?

 

Phone link stopped working

I suddenly (last week) stopped being able to access my OneDrive and my phone link. I have tried every possible angle including reinstalling and every option offered in the dialogs. Tried multiple times over the past week and no success at all. I can't get my PC app to generate a code or QR either. So the app on my phone is up to date and indicates it should be connected to the PC.

I tried the first thing you suggested but when I look at the list of installed apps, phone link was not listed. So I skipped that and went straight to the second thing you suggested and that worked. Thank you so much. Is it a problem that the phone link at is not appearing in my installed apps? I really appreciate you taking the time to help me.
