Windows 10: Phone Link stops streaming music when closed to tray

Phone Link/Link to windows works okay most of the time as long as the devices are very close together. I get all notifications etc, but I've noticed that when I close the Phone Link window, music from my phone stops streaming.With the window closed to the system tray, the devices remain connected and I receive all notifications but no music.Is this how it's supposed to work or am I missing something?To continue streaming music, I have to leave the window open or minimize to the taskbar both of which are undesirable.Any help in getting music to continue streaming when closed to the tray would

Listen to Android phone's music from desktop headphone

How to listen to [Android phone's music] from [a headphone that is connected to a Windows 10 desktop] without internet connection?
I have an Android phone (Pixel 3a) with YouTube Music installed on it.

When I don't have internet connection, I want to be able to wear my headphone, which is connected to my desktop (Windows 10) and listen to both my desktop's audio (for example, game sound) and the music playing on my phone (for example, music that is available only on the phone's YouTube Music offline downloaded folder).

How can I achieve this?

Note:

• I searched on the internet and it seems like Windows 10 doesn't have bluetooth support by default that support audio streaming from phone to PC. People seems to be able to install a different bluetooth driver and get it to work, but I can't get it to work. (if you can get it to work please list the exact step)
  
  
• This source says Pixel 3a has A2DP.

You can stream music using Bluetooth.

Follow the below steps:

a. Turn on Bluetooth on both the devices – the computer and the phone – and make both of them visible.

b. Right-click on the Bluetooth icon in the Windows system tray and select the option Add a device.

c. Now search for your mobile you want to stream the music from and add it. When you add your mobile, Windows will install all the necessary peripheral drivers for your phone.

d. After both the phone and your computer are paired with each other, right-click again on the Bluetooth icon in the system tray and select Show Bluetooth Devices this time.

e. On the Devices and Printers window, right-click on your paired phone and click on the Bluetooth Operations. Windows will now scan your phone for the types of services available. If A2DP support is available
on the phone, it will show an option to Play Music under Audio and Video operation section. Click on the link to activate the control.

f. After the service is connected, a small player control will appear on your taskbar. If it does not appear automatically, right-click on the taskbar and select Bluetooth Remote Control under the Toolbars menu.
