Windows 10: Phone link suddenly not reconnecting

Hello -I'm using Phone Link on a Windows 11 machine. It's been working perfectly for years until today. When I leave wi-fi range, my laptop shows the phone is not connected as it should. When I regain the wi-fi connection and update/refresh Phone Link, it won't reconnect, unless I reboot. Both my laptop and my phone say the my version of Phone Link is up to date, though they are giving me two different version numbers laptop is 1.24111.82.0; phone is 1.24111.105.0. Clearly the difference in version numbers is not keeping it from connecting, since it connects perfectly after I reboot. It ju

My phone won't reconnect to Phone Link

Excuse me, I am trying to reconnect my phone to Phone Link. Even when I tried reconnecting my phone to the application, it still shows "Disconnected." What would I do?

 

URL links in Phone Link not clickable

I reset the app on my computer and on my phone and reconnect the phone. Links now work for me again. Thanks for the suggestion!

 

Can't "Link to Wndows"

Thanks so much. I will certainly follow your tutorial in the future. I think resetting did the trick, and I was also able to set a pin code. Question. I am confused about one ongoing step: "Go to www.aka.ms/addComputer" in your browser." A search for this, and other similar url's suggested in the Phone LInk setup always ends up the same way, with a trip to nowhere.

Clicking in those types of links end up in a blank tab
