Windows 10: Phone Link - unknown email automatically appearing in my group texts!

This is really weird. I love Phone Link and want to use it all the time. I have noticed in group texts that there is ANOTHER "person" automatically being added to the text thread. It does not happen every time, but most times. Example of the "user name" is jnsw4zdbnrasldkjgafdljkasfld afjlsdkajlfaj===@rcs.google.com. The addition of this "person" messes up the text thread. It sometimes splits into the original group without the extra having some messages in a thread and other messages only show up with the extra "person." WHAT THE HECK?! create group, add numbers, group text, enter text, send

There done, don't even need to use email. Can do it on a shitty little phone too.

At my office, we want to have the ability to communicate with our electricians who are fairly low tech people. They don't check emails often, but text messaging would work fine for our need. I know with Verizon and Sprint you can using the text messaging app on the phone to text an email, and then if you reply to say L: 9995724770@VTEXT.COM that email will go to the phone as a text message.

Short of having all the electricians text an email to get these addresses, is there an easier way to go about this? I've never really dealt with mass texting before. Is say a Droid phone capable of sending a text to 40 people?

I was able to resolve the issue using the steps outlined in the following forum. The short of it is to disable group text, restart, reenable group text. I still had to delete the problematic group conversations that exhibited the issue with me listed as
a recipient.
