Windows 10: Phone Link Update on Windows 10 Keeps Stalling

My Phone Link app on my PC says that an update is available, but every time I try to update it the download stalls about two thirds of the way, and then Phone Link will not work at all. I have tried 8 times now, but with the same results.Each time I have to uninstall it via a Powershell command, and then I re-install it again, and then it still will not install the update and I start over again.I have tried going in to the app settings, and tried "repair" and "reset", and that makes no difference.Can anyone offer any suggestions, please?Many thanks.

When you say 'update to Windows 10 stalling at 99%' are you referring to upgrade to Windows 10 is stuck or unable to update Windows to different builds?

If your upgrade to Windows 10 Is stuck at 99% then refer the link below suggested by

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Update. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Windows update.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
• Click on Troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
• Run the Windows Update troubleshooter.
• Restart the system and check if the issue is resolved.

Windows 10 updates keep stalling at 48%

Windows 10 updates keep stalling at 48%. I have tried everything suggested to get round this. I have paid three computer software engineers to try and fix the problem but every update sticks at 48%. Would clearing everything out of my computer and reinstalling
Windows 10 fix the problem?
