Windows 10: Phone Link use more than 1 contacts list?

I would imagine pretty much everyone these days has 2 email addresses - one they use for work and another they use for personal stuff. On my phone Android this is not a big deal - I simply have both accounts added in my case, my personal is a regular gmail and my work is a GSuite account. Each account has it's own set of contacts.On my PC, phone link only seems to want to connect to 1 account to sync my personal. This means when people from work text me, all I see is their phone number, not their name. Is there a way to get PC Link to use MORE THAN ONE contacts list?And no, I ab

Contact names in contact list

I have a list of contacts in my outlook.live account that are listed in numerical order by office number, e.g. “101 Larry” “Smith” is the first and last name for Larry Smith in office 101. This method has always resulted in a perfectly numerically ordered contact list, until recently. Now, when I add Larry to my contact list, Outlook only shows Larry’s email address, no name, no office number. Any help / suggestions would be so greatly appreciated. I’ve tried using customer support before, not looking forward to that ordeal again.

 

Phone Link not showing Contact Names....again

I was able to fix this on my computer by following these steps:

1. In the Phone Link app on PC, go to Settings, click the My Devices tab, and use the ellipsis (...) menu on your device to remove it, then close the app.
   
2. On your phone (mine is an Android), go to Settings, Apps, Link to Windows, Open, then remove your PC from the Linked Computers section.
   
3. Restart your phone.
   
4. Re-link the phone and PC by restarting the Phone Link app on your PC and following the step to add your device.
   
5. Perhaps this is the critical thing, but I noticed in the Link to Windows app on Android, there is a toggle to "Sync contacts" under the list of Linked Computers, which was disabled for me. Turn this on.
   

Contacts are showing up again for me now - yay!
