    Hi,Microsoft Phone Link: What TCP/UDP Ports does it run on? I want to troubleshoot my router.More detailMy PC and Mobile Phone are sometimes on different network segments, and sometimes on the same network segment EG: Wired network / WiFi / home / workWhenever my PC is plugged into my home LAN, Phone Link appears offline. If I disconnect the ethernet cable and use Wi-Fi, it connects again. This is obviously a network issue, and I am trying to troubleshoot. Proof is that I don't have the same problem at work, where the IT department has specifically enabled Phone Link on the network and on t

    Windows Photos Viewer is an oddity; as I suggested, find a free downloadable image viewer you like, and use that.

    I use a program in building my family tree- it lets me use an external viewer- simply whatever is set as default. Here you can see it displays the image in Photoviewer. I imagine Vuescanner requires you to specify the path literally.

    USB Port Oddities


    Ok, let's see it with pictures step-by-step. First right-click on the USB device and select Update driver software:

    Then select Browse my computer for driver software (LAST option) :

    The select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer (LAST option) :

    Then select the standard driver from the list and click next:

    Click next/OK as required to complete installation. Repeat the steps for all Intel USB devices. Finally click on each USB root device and press DEL to delete it, reply YES when asked. After deleting all USB root devices restart the computer.

    Which suggests you should specify correct port?

    I'm unable to connect the dots between your ISS server and flashback program, what does one have to do with the other?
