Windows 10: Phone Link won't send/receive MMS texts iPhone

I'm using Windows 11 Pro version 21H2 with Phone Link installed version 1.23102.126.0.I've synced Phone Link to my iPhone 12 Pro Max iOS 17.2.1.I can send and receive SMS text Messages, but not MMS texts including group messaging and images.How can I send/receive MMS messages with Phone Link?Steps taken:Update both devices' OS and relevant apps to their latest versions.Pair and sync iPhone to Phone Link and successfully send calls and SMS messages.Reset Phone Link app delete and reinstall, not allowedTrouble shoot the steps on the relevant Microsoft Support page https://support.micr

X3 cant' receive or send mms messages. Please help.

I bought a unlock X3 from Amazon. Problem is can't send or receive mms messages. I called at&t but they don't want to help since it is not their phone.

Could you send me your at&t mms settings if it is possible step by step.

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. I understand you're having issues sending and receiving MMS messages where you used to be able to send and receive messages without issues. I also see where you added this phone to the account back in August.
Can you recall the date everything stopped working?



I have a few other questions that should help narrow the issue down further.

• What type of phone was on the account previous to you adding the Samsung Focus?
• In the phone settings > system > about > more info menu, can you please list for us the OS version and Firmware revision number?
• Do you know if this phone has had all of it's updates?
• Have you tried testing your SIM card in a different device?

From what I've been reading about MMS issues here on the forums, there were many customers who had an iPhone previous to their Windows Phone and the account was still on an iPhone data plan. I saw some other posts where the issue was fixed after it was determined
that the phone needed to be updated. Another poster didn't realize that the setting for their cellular data was turned off.



I also saw a number of threads that suggested trying the SIM card in a different device for issue tracing purposes. If you can send and receive MMS messages with your SIM in another device, then it can be proven that the issue resides within the device somewhere.
If you're still not able to send and receive MMS, this usually indicates a deeper issue within your cellular account. If we can determine where the issue lies here we'll certainly have a better idea of where to start looking for solutions.

There done, don't even need to use email. Can do it on a shitty little phone too.
