Windows 10: phone stole, email hijacked, locked out of my computer

Recently my phone was stolen and the person gained access to all my sensitive data including my emailthey added their own 2 step auth code and now I have no way to get it back, on top of that they've locked my computer linked to my email account out completely. I have no access to it nowHow can I get my email back and unlock my computer ? ive tried the recovey process and it said that because there was 2 step verification added that they can't senda new passwordplease help me. I cant get on my computer nowthe email in question is not the email im asking this from

Browser hijackers don't show this kind of behavior and more could be going on. Normally I don't suggest Resetting your computer but in this case....

 

My phone was stole

My phone was stole and i got a new sim how can i locate my phone when i try a text to my temp phone goes off
and the phone that was stole was a hd7

 

can't add any email account

I want to get the email addresses listing on my computer and transfer/sync to my Galaxy 7 phone.

Please give me a step by step procedure to do this. I use Windows 10, Edge, Outlook and MSN on the computer.

The phone currently has Google with gmail and is synced with the Computer now. Is their an app that I should look for to help move the list from my computer to my phone?
