    Phone unable to make or receive calls at home, but works fine away from home.


    I have a Samsung Galaxy A8 and a Dell Inspiron 15 laptop. Recently, after the latest round of security updates, my phone will not make or receive calls at home. Out in the backyard, 25 feet away is fine. All 6 others in the house have no problems they're not on Freedom Mobile like me except for a few dead spots in the house. Any ideas what the problem may be? I've tried resetting Network Settings, turning off flight mode for a few minutes and then off again, reseating the SIM, and just about anything else I can find to do short of soft/hard reset.Text messages worked fine, PTL, because I

    Skype can't receive calls


    I have Skype on my desktop and my laptop.

    It is working fine on my desktop.

    On my laptop, I can make calls but am unable to receive any. I have tried using my desktop skype to call my Laptop skype, but it doesn't register at all. I have tried sending text messages to my laptop skype and these are permanently pending, never received.

    I have checked settings. I have checked the blocked senders list.

    Both PCs are using Windows 10, with all updates and the latest version of Skype.

    Appreciate some advice. I really need Skype on my Laptop.

    Nokia 5800 - unable to receive calls

    Hi All,



    I am unable to receive calls on my phone - I can make calls however.



    Gave my phone a call from a landline today and it is just ringing, not going straight to voicemail or anything.



    Any suggestions?

    Unable to make outgoing calls and unable to receive incoming calls on lumia 800

    Hi,

    one of the best phones is the lumia 800.



    recently iwas unable to make outgoing calls and also not receiving incoming calls.

    even if i dial a number it says "call ended".

    i went through my call settings>show my caller ID> it says "unable to identify ... please try again later".



    calls are working fine when i put the sim card on other phones.



    What should i do. all my other apps are working fine and my network signal is very good.



    Kindly address this issue ASAP.
