Windows 10: phonelink sync issues

I’m having an issue with the phone link. My phone did a hard reset, and I’m trying to sync all the messages before the reset, but the phone link only registers the phone as a brand-new device. Is there any way to perform the sync?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Does this issue confined to keyboard layout?

I suggest you to Turn off the Language preference and Ease of access Sync settings and check if it helps. You may follow the steps below and check if it helps:

  Press Windows key and then type Sync your settings.
  
• 
  Turn off language preference and ease of access.
