Windows 10: photo and movie & tv apps constantly moving right, without any input

ive had an odd issues for a while now, at least since the end of january, and google has not been any help either. whenever i open an image or video using the default apps for win10, it constantly moves right or fast forwards the video by 30 seconds. this doesnt happen with other programs, just those two. if i tab between the buttons though, it stops, and thats it. nothing exciting, just stops. i can use the program as usual, but if i click on the image again, the issue returns. its almost as if its digitally pressing enter ONLY when the right button is selected. i have found a temporary solution with restarting but i would rather not reboot my pc every time i want to view memes. any help is appreciated with this, im quite fed up with the issue by now
ive also unplugged keyboard/mouse, have no controllers plugged in or connected via bluetooth as well.

as per automod, specs are as follows:
AMD ryzen 5 3600
nvidia rtx 2070
32gbs ram

Movies & TV app not working properly.

Hi,

I suggest you to un-install and re-install Movies & TV App and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key.
• Type Windows Powershell.
• Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
• Type in the following command to un-install Movies & TV App.

get-appxpackage *Microsoft.ZuneVideo* | remove-appxpackage

Note: The Movies & TV App can be reinstalled using the Store App or by following the link mentioned below. You will need to exit the Store app if it is already open before reinstalling the app.

Movies & TV app crashes.

It happens when I try to open Movies & TV app and also when I doubleclick on a movie file. When I doubleclick on a movie file it shows an error message "The app didn't start".

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app (as I did with the Photos app which then worked), but this does not work with the Movies & TV app
