Windows 10: Photo Editor *Edit&Create" option not showing on my edit page

Edit and Create button that allow me to 'fix a spot' for instance, is not showing up on my edit page. How would I fix a spot using the new release?

• What specific photo editor are you using?
  
• Have you tried using a different photo editor to replicate what's happening, or if there's a device with the same Windows that uses the same photo editor that experiences the concern?
  
• Can you provide us an image of a photo that was edited using the that photo editor?

 

Missing Edit & Create button in MS Photos

I don't even have those options. The only way the original 'Edit and create' options come up is if you drag your photo into the video editor. You have to treat the photo like a video.

As a work around I suggest you to use Photo app for editing and check if the issue persist.
