Windows 10: Photo recovery from Microsoft surface Windows RT tablet

Hey, I haven't used my Microsoft surface Windows RT 64gb since 2014/2015 due to a broken screen, just wondering if there is a way I can recover my photos and videos off it without having to source someone to replace the screen? Help is greatly appreciated :

i have installed all the recommended patches. downloaded troubleshooter app recommended in one of the forums. that suggested me to install kb2976978 but when i tried to install the same it says processor doesnot support it.

i have followed the steps.. by searching in windows store for get my windows and get windows 10 as suggested in the microsoft website. but that didnt display any results.

kindly help me in getting windows 10 in my surface tab

I understand your issue but rest assured, we are here to help you answer your questions.

Windows 10 is not available Not for devices that run the RT version of Windows like Surface RT and Surface 2.

There may be some W10 features available for these devices if you believe some of the third party tech sites. But not the full Windows 10. The RT version of Windows will continue, though but for the Raspberry PI 2 computer which will have Windows 10 RT available
for it. So, the ARM based version of the system will actually continue but not in the Surface tablet line.

Best windows 8 tablet?

I've apple ipod touch 4g, google nexus 4, hp envy 17 3d, so using all 3 OS - iOS, android, windows 7.

I dont have any tablet yet..thinking to buy windows 8 tablet..

i like hp envy x2 much..tablet cum notebook..

but microsoft surface and many other good tablets in market and i dont have idea..

suggest me best windows 8/?RT tablets..
