Windows 10: Photoapp

The photo app has been deleted by mistake. How to I install it again.

I have tried but just get the message that I already have it.

I have tried all variants and hoped to Windows 10, version1511,10586could fix
this Photo app problems, but such was
not the case.

if i right hand mousklick the Photo app i hade a list of pictures i not can open . only som that placed in onedrive can opens . and if i delite the mapps that assoiated and namnes dueing the run "shell:Libraries" tips , then i can open Photoapp but register
a new picture catalog , crasch the photoapps and bring the app not to start , i can reproduce this and are willing to assist to fix this problem , no new installation off windows 10 . i have 4 user profile that all working , only one is crasch so this must
go fixing. the same is that , if i try to open one picture in Photo app from the picture library on the orginaly place , it cant open.. in photoapp
