Windows 10: Photos on iPhone cannot Transfer to Laptop XPS13 Windows 10

I have tried every solution for this issue I can find, but it still won't work.

• My devices are connected. I have iPhone6 and XPS 13 Windows 10.
• I have installed all updates for Windows and updates from Dell.
• I have run troubleshooting on Bluetooth. It is ok.
• I gave Permission for Access.
• I have gone through Settings>Devices>Bluetooth and Other Devices>Send or Receive Files>Receive Files> Bluetooth File Transfer> Receive Files>Waiting for a Connection> "You should see a file transfer begin as soon as someone starts transmitting files to your computer from their Bluetooth-enabled device."
  I have no idea how to initiate transfer on my iPhone.
  
  "You may see a message telling you a Bluetooth device is trying to connect to your computer. You must accept the connection for the transfer to occur."
  I have granted access.
• I don't know how to allow photos to transfer from iCloud.
• I don't know how to transfer using iTunes.
  
  Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

There are some photos in my iphone and I want to transfer them to my pc for editing.The problem is,none of these photos was taken by iphone so it's not easy to transfer.I have done it once before but this time it doesn't work out.I really don't know which step is wrong!Could u pls help me...

 

Transferring photos from an iphone
