Windows 10: PHOTOS PIXELATED WHEN ZOOMING - PLEASE FIX ASAP

Microsoft - ever since the March 31, 2023 Windows update, when zooming, images are extremely pixelated. The update turned off anti-aliasing when zooming.Please let me know what will be done to fix this issue.

Hello guys,
I wish I could set the default zoom level of my default photo viewer (I can choose Photo app or Windows Photo Viewer or some third program too).
I want the default program to be able to open/switch within photos at the default photo size (100% zoom of the photo) and not with the default screen size (100% zoom of the screen size).
Any idea how to do that? Maybe some registry key to edit? Any software to suggest?

With a single photo, if you upscale it technically you are getting your computer to "magically add information to a picture" since pixels are added to the photo in order to enlarge it by averaging out the space/colour between pixels. However I call them "bullshit pixels" since they are not actually adding detail to the photo itself, they only give the illusion of added detail.

If you are working from a photograph/video feed, you can only clean it up so much. CSI is fake though, since they pull all the video camera feeds they need from cameras used by average people, not high tech super high resolution video cameras lol. Think about it, if the captured image of the camera blurs the face of a person/text you cant enhance that, since thats the way it was captured. You can only work with what you have, not what you dont. That Ben Vista program listed by cooler is an example of a program that uses an algorithm to improve the accuracy of increasing the resolution of an image, but it is still very much a hit and miss thing, and you will never truely achieve 100% accuracy.
