Windows 10: Photos sent to printer only print a couple cm from the top and bottom of picture

A couple days ago one of the computers in our office started sending pictures to the printer incorrectly.

Using the 'print pictures' app from windows right click picture>select print some pictures print fine and others only print a couple centimeters from the top and bottom of the picture. It happens on multiple printers and only on that specific computer. I have contacted Xerox and they gave us a driver to try that didn't work. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Printing sent to non-default printer

Hi,
I'm running a win10 Pro system. When I try to print a file, the default printer is shown. Though, the document isn't sent to my default print (Brother MFC-430W Printer). Instead it shows up as a piece waiting in the queue of Foxit Editor PDF Printer (which shows in my Device and Printers list, or in MS PDFCreator, which doesn't show on this list.
How do I bring my default printer back to the fore?

Addendum: This problem shows while I try to print an Office document or when I print from my browser. Strangely, when I type to my Bullzip PDF printer, I manage to print the file from my Adobe Acrobat DC program.

 

Pictures won't print

To print a photo, you may use the Photos app. Follow these steps:

• Open the Photos app and then click on the picture.
• Click the 3 dots icon and then choose Print.

photo print need HELP

Trying to print not as easy as it sounds.
Here the thing. I got a photo frame, preatty nice one in the shape of a heart but it has the size in centimeters of 7cm with 5cm. So it's gonna have to be a preatty small image.
This is my problem. My picture is 28.8 mb!!! I tryed to use Photoshop to resize
width:7 cm height:5 cm ticked "scale styles" + "constrain proportions" + resample image" with the setting "bicubic sharper(best for reduction). When I print my image looks very bad
Tryed the bicubic and the bicubic smoother the same result. The picture looks very bad. I fi try a bigger resolution the image looks impeccable. So the problem must be with resizing it. Photoshop tells me that my print resolution is 72 PPI
Color Handling: Printer manages color. Tryed with Photoshop manages colors.
"black point compensation" ticked same thing....
I am using glossy photo paper.
How can I print this image small and make it look good??
