Where are photos I just took with Window 10 camera?

Nokia N95 8GB Camera - Picture moves to the left after photo is taken

Hello,

I just noticed this today. When I take a photo with either the main or secondary camera with my N95, the photo jumps to the left after the picture is taken.

For example, say I use the secondary camera to take a self-portrait. I take the photo with my face centered on the screen. After the photo is taken, my face is now on the left as though I'd moved the camera before taking the picture, but having tried this over
and over again this afternoon, I know I'm not moving it physically myself.

Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fix this? I've had the phone since June and this is the first time I noticed this problem.

Using the latest firmware 30.0.018.

Photo app properly sorts photos by date taken, but all videos appear as taken today (imported today)

I have an issue with videos not sorting chronologically as to date taken in Windows 11 Photo App. Photos all sort properly by date taken.

Today I exported some old videos and photos from Apple's Photo Library app onto a flash drive and then imported into Windows app, using the "import" function.

The "sort by" is date taken. All the photos appear in their proper places (years/dates). But the videos all appear (sort) as though they were taken today.

Property/details on the videos all show the proper dates taken (years ago).

In File Explorer, they all show the proper dates and if you sort everything in the "Pictures" folder by date, they appear in the proper order.

It's when the pictures and photos display in the Photo App is when videos appear all taken today instead of sorted in with the pictures.

All pictures and videos were taken on iphones.

Can anyone please offer some assistance? (I've found this scenario on other messages but seems there's either no answers posted, or the answer only provides rudimentary assistance.)

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.



With Windows 10 Photos app, you can browse your collection by date, album, or folder. Or search to find a specific person, place, or thing. When you open the Windows Photos app, the app fetches your photos and shows them as large thumbnails sorted
by the date they were taken.



The Collection section of the app shows the pictures sorted by the date taken. There are 3 boxes at the top right corner under Collections. Select the third box, scroll down to today’s date in previous year to see the pics which were taken or downloaded
on today’s date in previous year.
