Windows 10: Photos wont save on new webcam

so every time i try to take a photo with my new webcam it gives me the following error code 0xA00F4250<PhotoCaptureStartFailed> 0x800703e3If i switch to my in laptop camera it saves just fine. I let it sit and it let one photo save but it's back to not saving photos. And this is a brand new camera. Like i just installed it and went to the camera app to check out the picture quality

photo app in windows 10 wont load

my photo app wont open, and I cant uninstall it for it does not come up in the apps list in the settings. But it is in the all apps list.

When I have tried to reinstall it from playstore it says already installed. But wont open, and the new Twinui default photo view app wont open any jpeg files it say "class not registered".

I have followed other suggestions of troubleshooting, and system scan with no results.

Any suggestions?

For the issue related to webcam I suggest you to perform the below steps.



Method 2:

You may also update the Camera driver from Device Manager manually and check if this helps.

• Press (Windows key + X) and click on “Device Manager”.
• Expand “Other devices”.
• Right click on the “Integrated webcam” drivers and select “Update Driver Software”. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.

Replacement for photo viewer

Win ver 19041.388

Just do not like this "new" photo viewer, it is just cumbersome to operate, lot of extra steps etc. I like the older Win photo viewer, however since JPG files are saved as "unhandled Extension handler finder", *Confused I need something else. Appreciate any suggestions that is not overly optioned, just a simple viewer. Tx
