Windows 10: Photoscape X Pro -- purchased on 7/13

PhotoScape X Pro -- purchased on 7/13/2024Today is 7/17/2024 and I am being asked to purchase the "PRO" again. I paid $39.99 four days ago! Obviously, there is a mistake. The payment has already been debited from my debit card.
