Windows 10: PhotoShop 7 on Surface Pro

I have the opportunity to purchase Adobe PhotoShop 7.0 software. I'd like to use it on my Microsoft Surface Pro, but I'm not sure it would work with the tablet- it operates with a 64-bit system. Does anyone know for sure?

This issue may occur due to incorrect display settings or missing Windows Updates.

Method 1:

I suggest you to download and install all the available Windows Update and check if it helps.

Method 2:

If the issue persists, I suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

1. Click on Start
and click on Settings.

2. Open System
and click on Display in the left pane.

3. Move the slider
for the option "Change the size of the text, apps and other items" to the right to make size and text bigger.

4. Check if it helps.

Surface Pro 4 - Deceptive advertising of Photoshop/Illustrator?

The advertising images Microsoft is using for the Surface Pro 4 shows many with it running Photoshop CS6. Photoshop's UI in those images is nice and big. In reality Adobe's CS6 products ignore Windows scaling and the UI is very tiny, practically unusable
on the high DPI Surface screen. How did Microsoft get it to scale correctly for their advertising images? If it was done post (in Photoshop no doubt) then that's borderline deceptive advertising to me because it's not showing a realistic use.

Are there any solutions that don't involve hacking the registry?
