Windows 10: Photostick Omni advice. How do I save personal photos and skip clip art.?

I’ve spent hours saving photos, but the device hasn’t saved one of my personal photos

how do I save clip art as picture?

I want to use a piece of clip art in a fundraising web page that is set up to receive a photo. How can I save the clip art as a picture? When I try to save it in my picture folder it won't save. But if I save it as bitmap or PNG I then can't upload it
to the web page.

 

When I delete a photo from the list all photos and clip art everywhere is deleted. Is there a way to avoid this ?
