Windows 10: Pick an app

At random points of time a message saying "you need a new app to open this ms-wpc "will appear,on task manager everytime that message pops up something called "pick an app" will appear and then disappear.when go its file location its on system 32,which I know not to deleteI try everything but nothing works to remove both things.So can anyone help me with that?thanks

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Muted mic picking up sound in game

The issue could be because of the internal mic picking up sound even when the external device is pluuged in. If you have the RealTek HD Audi Manager installed on the machine, I would suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works for
you.

• Open RealTek HD Audio Manager and go to the
  Advanced tab.
  
• Check the boxes Separate all input jacks as independent input devices
  and Mute the internal output device, when external headphone is plugged in,
  and hit OK.
  
• Exit RealTek HD Audio Manager, restart the machine and see if the issue persists.

Windows 10 - Problem with Windows Apps

Looks like the start also got messed up.

• Reinstall Start menu in windows 10
• Then pick from Powershell and continue here:
